Blessing Bounce

George Leonard wrote . . .

“At the heart of each of us, whatever our imperfections, there exists a silent pulse of perfect rhythm, a complex of wave forms and resonances, which is absolutely individual and unique, and yet which connects us to everything in the Universe.”

A thought . . .

36302646_lMaybe as we each move through this world, we could visualize the unique pathways of energy each of us creates through space and time.  Keeping that in mind, when someone passes through our “personal field of influence”, we can choose to consciously generate a bright field of blessing energy that will refresh, inspire and pass through all “human” energy, move out into space and continue on for a long, long time to come.  Blessing others blesses us.

So, while waiting at a stoplight, waiting for a train, while standing on a mountain top, or while waiting for your cell phone to turn on, send some blessings out to everyone. They can wrap around the world hundreds of time, fling out into the universe and bounce off a few planets and stars, but ultimately, those blessing bounce right back to you.

Enjoy the day.

  1. Beautiful. Blessing others does bless us. I try to remember that most when I’m tired and edging towards not giving a damn because the positive energy and light is so easy and so free…and it feels so good to give.

  2. Oh, your words are powerful and true. When we are down and need blessings ourselves, it is the most powerful time to bless others. But, dear fellow traveler of dark days, blessing OURSELF is primary – even when we are acting ugly and nasty to others AND ourselves. Connect – heart to heart – even with thought it works. Love your blog by the way. 🙂
