I’m a writer and natural health practitioner who’s always wondering as I wander about. At my core, I am a child of universe – a product of the natural world and all contained within it. I’m a gentle guide of conscious natural healing, a serious seeker of truth, published author, a writer in the midst of two books and someone who lives each day from her heart and soul. I’m filled with compassion and admit to getting lost in my imagination occasionally. In Lewis Carroll’s book Alice in Wonderland, the Cheshire Cat said; “imagination is the only weapon in the war against reality”.  Quite possibly,  what we think we see and experience each moment is imagined while imagination actually empowers change.

My writings share stories of hope, acceptance and how to find truth within the soul along with the “how to’s”, “why for’s” and pitfalls that may happen along the way. For me, writing and working with people in my practice “Stepping into Soul”, is similar to being submerged in a living playground full of trial and error stories that turn the malignancy of hatred into love and morph failures into victories while using passion and courage to drive change so well it becomes second nature.

My mission in life is to use blogging, writing, education and speaking to reach out to those who suffer from endless feelings of being lost, alone, invisible and forgotten.

My educational background includes Doctoral Degrees in Natural Health (NHD) and Traditional Naturopathy (TND), a Bachelor’s of Science in business with a minor in psychology, Herbal and Flower Essence training at the Practitioner level, educator, speaker, and student of life.
